How to place an order?

What Payment gateway does GoldShellMiner accept?
GoldShellMiner Pay is a payment gateway platform independently developed by the GoldShellMiner team, which aims to provide customers with a simpler and safer transaction platform to ensure the security of customer assets. The support of multiple chains enables customers to purchase. Customers can pay by scanning the QR code or wallet address.
Why is my order status 'On Hold'?
‘On hold’ is because your order status used to be ‘Failed’/’Cancelled’. GoldShellMiner representative has confirmed your payment. The order status will change manually to ‘On Hold’. During this time, your order is processing right now. Please wait for your tracking number to be updated.
I already made the payment, why is my order status shown as Failed/Cancelled?
Canceled: Once the order is created and we haven’t received your payment within one hour, your order will be canceled automatically. Please DO NOT make a second payment to a canceled order.
Failed: The delayed payment or underpayment will lead to a failed payment
You will receive an email with a link to pay for the remaining amount from a GoldShellMiner representative if necessary.
May I cancelled my order once placed and get the refund?
GoldShellMiner does not support the cancellation of orders once they have been placed.
Before placing an order, we kindly request that you carefully consider your purchase decision to avoid any inconvenience.
May I use USD/Credit Card/Debit Card to make the payment?
GoldShellMiner do not accept Debit/Credit cards to make the payment.
Shipping
How long will I received the package?
You can expect to receive your package within an average of 7-12 business days.
Please be patient during this period. If you haven’t received your package after 12 business days, please contact us.
I found out that my destination country has been banned. Can I still ship my package?
If your destination country has been banned due to reasons beyond our control, such as government policies or local customs regulations, we may not be able to ship your package.
May I choose the shipping carrier for the package?
We offer multiple shipping options for our customers, like UPS/DHL/FEDEX. However, the final decision rests with us based on delivery time and warehouse availability.
NOTE: If our previous shipping partners have experienced loss of packages, international logistics may become uncontrollable. Your provided shipping preferences are for reference purposes only.
May I change my address after I have placed the order?
We are unable to change your shipping address once the order has been placed.
Therefore, we kindly request that you double-check and confirm your shipping address before submitting your order details to ensure that there are no errors or problems that may arise in the future.
